We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate is strategic and execution-focused, passionate about marketplaces, and driven by user-centric innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver products that fuel growth and redefine the travel and accommodation experience in Iran

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision for your team, aligned with Shab’s strategic goals.
• Drive the roadmap
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and prioritize features that address user pain points.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products. 
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring smooth delivery and post-launch improvements.
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and continuously improve product performance

Requirements

• Experience 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in marketplaces, travel, or real estate industries
• Proven Track Record Success in launching products that drive growth, user engagement, and retention
• Marketplace Expertise Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, including supply-demand mechanics and pricing strategies
• Technical Acumen Familiarity with tools such as SQL, ClickHouse, Google Analytics, and A/B testing platforms
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Experience working with engineering teams on technical projects, including APIs and AI-driven features

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with dynamic pricing models and AI/ML applications
• Familiarity with the Iranian travel and accommodation market is a strong advantage
• Proven background in launching and iterating MVPs in competitive markets
